Thank you for shopping with Alyvera. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping Locations

Alyvera currently ships to customers within the United States.

At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping unless it is specifically available at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotional events, or clearance sales, processing times may occasionally be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is typically:

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, local delivery issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

4. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.

Estimated total delivery time for U.S. orders:

8–15 business days from the date your order is placed

This estimate includes 1–3 business days for processing and 7–12 business days for delivery after shipment.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If Alyvera offers free shipping as part of a promotion, the free shipping terms will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number has been issued.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Alyvera is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alyvera.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

8. Delayed Orders

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@alyvera.com and we will assist you with tracking the package and reviewing available options.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include accepting the delay or receiving a refund for the unshipped order, where required by applicable law.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building reception, or your local carrier.

10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within the United States, customs duties generally do not apply.
