At Alyvera, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, and order issues are handled.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included when applicable.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, perfume, lotion, stains, or improper handling may not be eligible for a refund.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Alyvera is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@alyvera.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

5. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items due to limited inventory.

If you would like a different item, size, color, or style, please contact us. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the preferred item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Earrings
Piercing jewelry
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

If a product is final sale, this will be clearly stated on the product page or during the promotion.

8. Clearance and Promotional Items

Alyvera may occasionally offer clearance, final sale, or limited-time promotional discounts.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item is not clearly marked as final sale, it will follow our standard return policy.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alyvera.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been processed or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

10. Delivery Issues and Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@alyvera.com so we can assist you.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include accepting the delay or receiving a refund for the unshipped order, where required by applicable law.

11. Minor Product Variations

Because product photos may be affected by lighting, screen settings, and production differences, minor variations in color, tone, size, or finish may occur.

These minor variations are not considered defects unless the item is materially different from the product description.
