At Alyvera, we take pride in offering carefully selected pieces at exceptional value as part of our final closing sale.

Due to the nature of our clearance event, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alyvera.com. Our team will review your request and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for any claim.

  • Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting and production differences.
